This is good (not pictured was my falling angel; so happy to find I can do it—I did catch the transition into it above).
However, I see I am getting a bit soft in my middle, which is the area I struggle with the most. This saddens me. I lurve practicing yoga. I am not sure if the gain in middle fat is in my head or if it really is what it is; the pounds are down on the scale, which is odd. Is it in my head? But I see it there. o.O
I miss running and the body it gives me today. I so wish I had time in my life for both of them and/or I could control that darn softness with diet alone. Why body, why? Why must you demand such harsh treatment?
